How to read NewYolk wallet balances, holdings, rewards, USD values, and transaction history.

The wallet is where the Farm app shows your account value, holdings, reward balances, and transaction history.
What the wallet can show
Depending on your account and products, you may see:
- cash or payment balances
- active livestock holdings
- production-linked reward balances
- estimated USD values
- deposit and withdrawal activity
- marketplace purchase and sale history
Not every account sees every balance type.
Holdings vs balances
A holding is an owned product, such as a hen or cattle product. A balance is an amount tracked in your wallet, such as funds, rewards, or a value shown for reference.
If a balance is tied to a product or commodity, its shown value can depend on current rates, product rules, and transaction timing.
Pending activity
Some wallet activity appears before it is final. A deposit, withdrawal, reward claim, or marketplace transaction can be pending while the app or operations team completes review.
Do not submit duplicate requests unless the app or support asks you to.
Transaction history
Use transaction history to check:
- when an action was created
- which product or balance it affected
- whether the action is pending, completed, rejected, reverted, or cancelled
- any reference number shown by the app
When contacting support, include the transaction reference and status shown in the app.
