Account safety
Use only official NewYolk links and apps. Keep sign-in details, one-time codes, banking credentials, and full card numbers private.
NewYolk support will not ask you to send secret sign-in codes or full payment credentials.
Product risk
Farm-linked products can be affected by product terms, production timing, operations review, marketplace activity, account status, and country-specific requirements.
Read the current product details before buying or selling. If a product state changes in the app, use the app status and transaction history as the first source of truth.
Support boundaries
Support can:
- explain app statuses
- help you find the right guide
- review account-specific issues
- escalate KYC, deposit, withdrawal, marketplace, or platform problems
Support cannot:
- approve verification without review
- choose marketplace prices for you
- make product decisions for you
- bypass required account checks
- ask for secret sign-in details
Privacy-safe support
When contacting support, include enough detail to identify the issue without exposing sensitive information. Good details include account email, product reference, transaction reference, date, current status, and screenshots with sensitive values hidden when possible.
