Account & KYC
How NewYolk account verification works and what to do when review is pending, rejected, or needs more information.
2 min readReviewed monthly
KYC means identity verification. NewYolk uses verification to protect customers, keep account records accurate, and review actions such as deposits, withdrawals, and marketplace activity.
When verification is needed
You may be asked to verify your identity before you can:
- buy or manage some products
- submit certain deposit or withdrawal requests
- use marketplace features
- resolve account details that do not match your profile
The exact requirement can depend on your country, product, account history, and current product terms.
What you may be asked for
The app or support team may request identity or account documents such as an ID document, account agreement, or a verification photo. Submit only through official NewYolk flows or instructions from support.
Do not send full card numbers, private banking credentials, or secret sign-in codes.
Review states

Your account has not completed the required verification step yet. Follow the app prompts.

How to contact support about KYC
Include:
- your account email
- the review status shown in the app
- the document type requested
- the date you submitted it
- any reference number shown in the app
Support can explain the next step or escalate a review issue, but cannot approve an account without the required operations checks.
