Rewards are connected to product production and product rules. The Farm app shows reward activity so you can track what your holdings are producing and what actions are available.
Daily production
Some products can show daily production-linked activity. The exact amount can depend on the product type, farm operation, account state, feeding or care rules, and current product terms.
Different products can produce different rewards and show different timing.
Claiming rewards
When a reward is claimable, the app shows the action available to you. A claim can update your wallet, create a transaction record, or enter a pending state while the system finishes processing.
If a claim button is not available, check whether the product is active, whether the reward is pending, and whether your account needs review.
Feeding, rent, and care-related activity
Some livestock products can include feeding, rent, care, or maintenance concepts. The app shows these as product-specific activity, not as a generic rule for every product.
Always read the product detail screen for the holding you own.
Why rewards can differ
Reward behavior can differ because of:
- product type
- country and farm context
- current product terms
- production timing
- account status
- pending operations review
- marketplace or ownership changes
If rewards look wrong
Check Wallet and Troubleshooting. If the issue remains unclear, contact support with your account email, product reference, reward date, and the status shown in the app.
