Deposits & Withdrawals
How NewYolk deposit and withdrawal requests move through review and what details to include when asking for help.
1 min readReviewed monthly
Deposits add value to your NewYolk account. Withdrawals request value to be paid out through an available method. Both can require review before they are complete.
Deposits
A deposit can depend on your country, payment method, account verification, and the product you are buying. The app may show the request as pending while NewYolk reviews the payment and account details.
If your deposit is pending, do not create a duplicate unless the app or support asks you to.
Withdrawals
A withdrawal can depend on:
- your available balance
- account verification
- payout method
- country rules
- operations review
- external payment processing
The app status is the safest source for the current state of your request.
Common statuses
Pending
The request was created and is waiting for system processing or operations review.
Completed
The request was accepted and recorded as complete in NewYolk. External payout timing can still vary by method.
Rejected
The request could not be completed. Check the reason shown in the app and contact support if it is unclear.
Cancelled or reverted
The request was stopped or reversed. The app history should show the latest state.
