Marketplace
How NewYolk owners can buy and sell eligible holdings through the marketplace.
1 min readReviewed monthly
The marketplace lets owners buy and sell eligible holdings with other owners when marketplace rules allow it.
What can be listed
Not every holding is always eligible. Eligibility can depend on product type, account status, product lifecycle, country, and current marketplace rules.
If a listing action is not available, check the product detail screen and account status.
Creating a listing
When you list a holding, you choose the listing details shown by the app. Review the listing carefully before submitting. Marketplace decisions are your responsibility.
Support can explain how the interface works, but cannot choose a listing price for you.
Buying from another owner
When you buy a listed holding, the app records the purchase and updates ownership according to marketplace settlement rules. Some activity can appear pending while the system completes checks.
Review the product, listing price, fees if shown, and current terms before buying.
Settlement and history
After a marketplace action completes, your wallet or product history should show the change. If an action is reverted, cancelled, or rejected, check the app status and transaction history.
When to contact support
Contact support if:
- a listing disappears unexpectedly
- ownership did not update after a completed purchase
- your wallet history and marketplace screen disagree
- you see a duplicate or incorrect marketplace transaction
- the app shows an error you cannot resolve
Include the listing or transaction reference, product name, date, and current status.
