This guide gives you the shortest safe path from first visit to active ownership.
1. Create your account
Create an account with an email address you can access. Keep your sign-in details private and use only official NewYolk links or the Farm app.
If you cannot sign in, start with Troubleshooting before contacting support.
2. Complete account verification
NewYolk may ask for identity documents before you can use some product, deposit, withdrawal, or marketplace features. Verification protects customers and helps the operations team review account activity correctly.
Read Account & KYC for review states, document expectations, and what to do after rejection.
3. Choose a product
Products are tied to real farm operations. You may see livestock such as hens or cattle, and each product has its own availability, country, price, reward behavior, and terms.
Before buying, read Products so you understand what you are holding and how the lifecycle works.
4. Add funds or buy from available inventory
Depending on your country, payment method, and account status, you can fund your wallet or buy an available product. Funding and purchase actions may enter review before they are complete.
Read Deposits & withdrawals for money movement and Wallet for how balances are shown.
5. Track ownership and rewards
After ownership is active, the Farm app shows your holdings, reward balances, current values, and transaction history. Rewards are connected to product production and product rules, so different products can behave differently.
Read Rewards for daily production and Marketplace if you plan to sell a holding to another owner.
Need help?
If a screen shows a status you do not understand, check Troubleshooting. For account-specific questions, include your account email, the product or transaction you are asking about, and the status shown in the app when you contact support.
